Crossborder workshop in Linz presented the latest outcomes of S3 Couple Net

At the end of June, the first cross-border workshop organised within the S3 Couple Net project took place in Linz. It was attended by nearly twenty representatives of Upper Austrian and South Bohemian institutions, who were presented with the possibilities of the new Interreg programming period, current views on megatrends, sustainable development goals and smart specialisation, in addition to the first analytical outputs from the comparative analysis of the S3 strategies of both regions.
The programme also included an interactive part, from which several interesting starting points for future cross-border cooperation emerged. The end of the programme was dedicated to a field trip to the university's LIT Factory.

The next cross-border workshop will take place on 20 September 2022 in Linz as a follow-up event to the Cross-border IDEA & START-UP Contest 2022.
